Architecture, construction and engineering design​

Architectural and engineering solutions are the way of constructive and technical creation, economic planning and optimization of construction. It should be remembered that not only the appearance, durability and functionality of a facility will depend on the quality of design phase of work, but also the cost of its operation.

Design stages:

  • Pre-stage: Client assistance by preparation of technical specifications for the formation of a package of initial permissive documents, conducting engineering surveys, including the collection of preliminary technical conditions for connection of external engineering networks, data analysis;
  • Development of an architectural concept: development of several versions of thumbnail sketches, discussions and agreements with the Client, confirmation of the selected sketch;
  • Development of design documentation for all sections of the project in accordance with the requirements of the Town Planning Code of the RF, Government Decree Nr. 87 from 16.02.2008, letter of Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation № 15/36-SM/08 from 24.06.2008, Order of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation Nr 108 from 04.02.2009 and other applicable regulations of the Russian Federation;
  • Approval of the project by the State expert assessment department.
Interior design

Project design-development stages:

  • Facility measurement or analysis of project documentation;
  • Study of specific facility characteristics;
  • Development of thumbnail variants, their approval by the Client, confirmation of the selected sketch;
  • Development of the architectural design project and / or interior design: creation of detailed graphs and drawings, work on design style solutions, 3D-visualization;
  • Development of documentation;
  • Creation of a working design project with the specifications of materials and equipment and plan of design work organization;
  • Budgeting.
