“Colliers International” company has created the sales and purchasing department of office stock in Russia. Kermen Mastiev, who had previously held the same position in “Cushman&Wakefield”, has been appointed the Head of the department.

And we project that the major part of contracts in office stock segment this year will involve purchasing of high-quality objects by the end users. In order to provide this service quickly and qualitatively, we need examination and well-experienced employees,”- is said in the press release.

Andrey Kuhar, Kirill Kutyavin and a consultant of sales and purchases department Alexey Levkovskiy have also joined the team. They are in charge of development of sales services, communicating with the end users, developers and owners of offices.
