PROFIL AG won the tender for the function of General Contractor for the construction of the Multifunctional Shopping Center «LENTA» in Rostov-on-Don.

PROFIL AG will complete the turnkey project, including design and construction.

The ITC project includes: retail space of more than 4000 m2, warehouses, refrigerators, processing lines for the production of semi-finished products, a bakery, cafe, as well as infrastructure facilities: a fire extinguishing station, an energy center with its own gas boiler room, a pumping station, a transformer substation, a backup diesel generator, treatment facilities and utilities.

The total area of the facility will be more than 9,000 m2, and the construction volume of more than 98,000 m3. Delivery is planned for the end of 2016.
