PROFIL AG won the tender to develop working design documentation for the construction of multifunctional movie center and studio complex at Str. Wilhelm Pieck, 3. Design is worked on in conjunction with Studio Hamburg Media Consult International (MCI) GmbH, that will develop the architectural concept of the buildings and technology of movie production.

Modern building complex with total area of 24 000 sq.m includes two studios, is equipped with the latest technology in accordance with the requirements of high-tech world-class products. The project will include provision of all the necessary facilities for filming movies, TV shows, editing and sound footage, as well as provision of a comfortable stay in the studios of the actors, staff, administrative team, and even animals, placement of which will also be provided in planning decisions of the building.
