On the 13-th of March 2015, PROFIL AG signed the contract for General Contractor works, following the tenderheld by the international consulting company Cushman & Wakefield for the construction of the WILO production and warehouse facility near the village of Podvyaznovo, Noginsk, Moscow Region. The Client is a subsidiary of the German company WILO SE — the world’s largest manufacturer of modern pumping equipment for heating, water supply, sanitation, ventilation, air conditioning and firefighting systems.

The objective of the project is the “turnkey” construction of a modern automated production complex, including industrial warehouse and administrative buildings with internal and external engineering networks, pump testing stations, checkpoints, as well as wastewater treatment plants, treated water reservoir and pump stations for the firefighting water tanks. The total building area is 22,000 m2 and more than 16 000 m2 of asphalt pavement.



PROFIL AG is building this facility to LEED international standards of energy efficiency (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), developed by the US Green Building Council (USGBC).

LEED is a complex system of evaluation activities in the design and construction of buildings. The estimation is made from the standpoint of energy efficiency and innovation, reducing the load on the environment and ensure the comfort of the people.

The project completion is scheduled for December 24, 2015.
