The company «PROFIL AG» has completed the construction of an industrial and warehouse complex WILO in the area of the village of Podvyaznovo, Noginsky District, Moscow Region.

The customer of the project is a subsidiary of the German concern WILO SE — the world’s largest manufacturer of modern pumping equipment for heating, water supply, drainage, ventilation, air conditioning and fire extinguishing systems. The company «PROFIL AG» has completed the construction of an industrial and warehouse complex WILO in the area of the village of Podvyaznovo, Noginsky District, Moscow Region.

The customer of the project is a subsidiary of the German concern WILO SE — the world’s largest manufacturer of modern pumping equipment for heating, water supply, drainage, ventilation, air conditioning and fire extinguishing systems.

The modern automated complex with a total area of 22,000 m2 was built according to the international energy efficiency standards LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), developed by the American Green Building Council (USGBC).

The complex includes a production, warehouse and administrative building with internal and external engineering networks, a pump testing station, a checkpoint, as well as a treatment plant, a treated water reservoir and a pumping station with fire-fighting tanks, as well as more than 16,000 m2 of asphalt concrete pavement.
